Using customer specifications, we are building test racks, simulators, load boxes, and other pieces of test equipment. Our machine shop is equipped with the resources to also build fit-and- function mock-ups, prototype housings, boxes, mechanical racks, and fixtures.

During prototype and production runs Alliance Group Technologies can provide full box-build assemblies, using plastic housings, extruded aluminum, fabricated metal chassis/boxes, face panels, and off-the-shelf products. We will also provide design for assembly/manufacturability (DFA/DFM) input to minimize potential bottlenecks and optimize throughput during mechanical assembly.
